PART 1: RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6.2 Termination is indicatated by the term check-out.
6.3 Withdrawal is a subject ot PragueApartments4U cancellation policy.

7. Early Departure

At PragueApartments4U early departure penalty 100% of the fee applies and some room rates may also require a minimum stay. You may change your check out date without a penalty only if your rate and the PragueAparments4U policy permits.

8. Currency

Reservations will be charged in the currency as shown on the PragueApartments4U’s website or given over the telephone/email or in writing at the time of booking.  Any currency conversion is for guidance only. A refund of a deposit or prepayment, if any, will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your payment card provider at the time of any such refund and may differ from the exchange rate applied at the time such deposit or prepayment was made.

9. Rate Requirements

As some rates have special requirements at check-in, you should verify that you qualify for the rate that you have reserved. PragueApartmensts4U are not obligated to honour this rate if you do not qualify or do not have proof of qualification.

10. Pre-paid Reservations

Some rate plans require prepayment in full and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable. This will be identified in the rate description.  For these rate plans, once you make a reservation your credit card will be charged for the full amount. Credit will not be given for any unused reservation and the amount paid by you for such reservation cannot be used toward any other/future reservation.

11. Guarantee Rules

For reservations guaranteed with a credit card at the time of making your reservation, rooms are held until the PrageuApartments4U check-out time on the day following the day of arrival.  The PragueApartments4U may authorise the room rate prior to arrival and reserve funds, including taxes, on the credit card to determine the validity of the credit card.  Rooms booked with an invalid credit card are subject to immediate cancellation.

12. Overbooking

In the event that a guest cannot be accommodated due to the PragueApartments4U overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, the PragueApartments4U will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable property in the area for the night(s) for which the PragueApartments4U is unable to accommodate such guests, and will pay for transportation to that property.

13. Special Requests

PragueApartments4U will strive to honour any request for specific room types and PragueApartments4U will confirm or not such arrangements at the time you make your reservation.  Until specific confirmation is issued then your request cannot be guaranteed and PragueApartments4U can guarantee that your request will be honoured.

14. Pets

The guest is not allowed to have pets of any kind in the PragueApartments4U property. The guest may not have pets of any kind in the PragueApartments4U facility, with the exception of accommodations that accept pets. A fee is then charged for pets.

15. Smoking

Smoking is stricly prohibited on all PragueApartments4U facilites.

16. Parties

Parties are strictly prohibited on all PragueApartments4U facilites. In the event of a celebration, however, it is possible to adapt the celebration to the accommodation facility for a fee, upon mutual agreement.

17. Right of access to the property

The owner and/or third parties appointed by the owner, identifiable upon request by the customer, may have access to the property to carry out repairs and/or maintenance, if necessary. In an emergency the guest will be contacted via email and/or SMS/phone call. Ordinary maintenance is the responsibility of the PragueApartments4U: This includes matters such as replacement of consumables such as light bulbs, showers & drains or toilet blockages and similar issues. PragueApartmensts4U will assist with coordinating maintenance interventions – and can refer you to third party specialized tradespeople (plumbers, electricians etc) in case of emergency.

18. Theft/damages

The owner/manager of the PragueApartments4U facilties will not be liable to the guest for any theft. The owner/manager is not liable for any damage to the guests regarding their property. Travel insurance is recommended for travellers who would like to protect their assets in a safer manner.

19. Modification of contract

After arrival, the contract may only be amended in a written form.

20. Penalties and additional costs

20.1 Guests are responsible for the furniture and items in the apartment. The furniture included in the apartment cannot be moved and/or removed from one room to another, from one apartment to another and cannot be placed in public places.

20.2 In case of any errors during the booking process, as the number of guests, you may incur an additional cost. In case of such event as missing items and needed replacement of furniture (or any other apartment’s equipment) will be charged to the guest. Unless expressly authorized, the client cannot put his own furniture in the apartment during his stay. Any costs incurred due to removal of the client’s furniture left in the apartment, will be charged to the guest. Damage due to displacement of furniture and other items (example: damage to the floors, doors) will be charged to the guest. If the host becomes aware of a damaged or broken furniture, he/she must give a notice within 24 hours after check in.

21. Suspension of utilities and services

The PrageuApartments4U or travel agent or any other party involved will not be liable for any suspensions/interruptions of services provided by third parties (such as providing electricity, gas, water and others) that are beyond their control.

22. External services

The PragueApartments4U website or the PragueApartments4U representatives may advertise the opportunity to purchase products or services from independent third party suppliers (“independent suppliers”) including, by way of illustration only and without limitation, [texi drivers, restaurants, other examples] (“external services”).  The following provisions apply to all external services:

(i) All information on the PragueApartmensts4U website or otherwise communicated by PragueApartments4U regarding external services has been provided to PragueApartmensts4U by the independent suppliers.  Such information does not constitute any endorsement or recommendation of the external service by PragueApartments4U and is for general guidance only. PragueApartments4U makes any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the nature, quality, cost or any other aspect of the external services and it is your responsibility to check all relevant details of the external services with the independent supplier prior to purchase or booking. 

(ii) Your contract for any external services will be made direct with the relevant independent supplier and PragueApartments4U has any involvement in or control over the provision of external services.  Consequently, PragueApartments4U will have any liability to you for the warranties, representations, acts, errors, omissions, breaches or negligence of any independent supplier or for any accidents, personal injuries, death, loss of or damage to property or any other losses, damages, costs or expenses resulting, directly or indirectly, from your purchase or use of any external service. It is your responsibility to check that, where appropriate, the independent supplier has adequate public liability insurance for the external service and/or to ensure that you and any dependents or associates using the external service have adequate personal insurance cover against all foreseeable risks.

23. Guest Obligations

You agree to the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by PragueApartments4U.  You also agree that you are fully responsible and shall pay for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, assessments and other amounts arising out of your reservation when due, including additional taxes and fees that may not be included in the quoted rate. You understand that any violation of PragueApartments4U conditions may result in cancellation of your reservation and you forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation and an PragueApartments4U debiting your account for any costs it incurs as a result of such violation.

23.1 The guest has the obligation to share with the owner/manager the correct number of people that will stay at the apartment. Non-disclosure of such information will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the total price for the property. Prohibition of entry of unregistered persons to the apartment under a fine of 200 EUR/day for each unregistered guest.

23.2 The guest accepts that he will treat the property with care during his stay and will refrain from any actions that might damage the property and/or cause damage to its appearance, additional property within the structure or anything else contained therein. The guest also agrees not to cause any noise or disturbance, which would in any way disturb the residents in neighboring properties. The silence apliable by the Czech law is from 22:00-6:00. If disturbed and neighbors call the police, a 500 EUR fine will be imposed. Please comply to maintain good relations with our neighbors.

23.3 The guest also agrees to return the keys to the property at check out in a way that will be agreed with the owner or his representatives. 

23.4 The guest agrees not to reproduce and/or give the keys of the property to third parties. Loss of keys will entail compensation of the cost of new locks and of 4 new sets of keys.

23.5 The guest agrees to take the necessary security measures to prevent access to the property to unauthorized people for the duration of his stay. It is understood that if the guest does not comply with this requirement, the owner will hold him liable for any damages caused to the property and/or the items it contains.

23.6 The guest agrees not to sublet the apartment to anyone.

23.7 Guests should advise of any damages or issues present in the apartment within 24 hours of check in.

23.8 The guest agrees no loud music, no loud noises under fine 100 EUR.

23.9 The guest agrees to take off his/her shoes before entering the apartment.

23.10 The guest agrees to be aware of locking the main entrance door in every use because of safety reasons.

23.11 The guest agree that the apartment/Villa  is NON SMOKING. PARTIES, EVENTS OR CELEBRATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED, under fine 1000 EUR. In the case of a party, the reservation will be canceled immediately.

23.12 It is strictly forbidden to throw wet wipes into the toilet. A fine of EUR 500 for each detected case and charging for damage when replacing the pump (1200 EUR).

23.13 TURN LIGHT OFF WHEN YOU LEAVE APARTMENT/HOUSE, or when you don’t use them.

23.14 Any audiovisual recordings or photographs for business, commercial, or other activities are strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of the facility manager. Such activities are only allowed upon individual agreement, subject to an extra fee starting from 1,200 EUR/day (30,000 CZK or more, depending on scope). If no such agreement is made and any photos or videos from the property appear online or elsewhere – regardless of whether they are claimed to be “non-professional” or “hobby” – a contractual penalty of 10,000 EUR will apply for each case.

23.15 At your check out do not forget to leave the keys inside the keybox from where you received them. Please keep your key safe. In the event. Of loss, there is a 100 EUR replacement fee for each single key.

23.16 LATE CHECK OUT till 1pm and EARLY CHECK IN from 2am (in Serenity Villa and Cozy house from 2pm) is provided upon availability with an extra charge of 30 EUR (in Serenity Villa, Cozy house and Chandelier Sky Mansion is 100 EUR fee). In the case of a stay from 11:00 a.m onwards at the time of check out, the guest will be charged a fine of EUR 200 for each hour started.

23.17 The guest agree with check-in from 3pm (in Serenity Villa and Cozy house is check in from 4pm), check-out till 11am.

23.18 For properties with a swim spa or hot tub (specifically Chandelier Sky Mansion and Serenity Villa), we kindly ask guests to follow these important guidelines: After 10:00 PM, during the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, the thermal cover on the swim spa must be closed, and the hot tub should not be used to ensure peace and quiet. Additionally, during the cooler months—autumn, winter, and spring—or when the outside temperature drops below 15°C, it is essential to close the thermal cover on the swim spa or hot tub after each use. Leaving it uncovered when not in use will result in a €200 fine per incident due to significant heat and energy loss, as both the swim spa and hot tub are heated.

23.19 Please ensure that all food being grilled in the outdoor kitchen is placed in the provided grilling trays, located in the drawer of the outdoor kitchen. Failure to use the grilling trays and any resulting damage to the grill will incur a 200 EUR penalty. (Chandelier Sky Mansion)

23.20 Do not enter the area around the outdoor ballerina fountain or touch the ballerina. Violations will result in a 200 EUR fine, and you may be held liable for any damages caused. The ballerina is placed on a plastic lid that can easily crack and is not designed to support human weight. (Chandelier Sky Mansion)

23.21 Avoid using any abrasive chemical products in the stone sinks and stone bathtubs. After using the sinks and bathtubs, please dry the area with the provided cloth. Do not use any additives such as salts, colored foams, or flower petals in the stone bathtubs, as these can cause significant damage to the stone surface. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a 500 EUR fine, and you will be held responsible for the cost of any repairs. (Chandelier Sky Mansion)

23.22 Extra cleaning fee of 300 EUR will be charged for excessive mess. This includes, but is not limited to, leaving a large amount of trash, unwashed dishes, food on tables or countertops, confetti or decorations scattered around, furniture moved out of place, garbage left inside or outside the property, and cigarette butts or other litter around the premises. Normal cleaning covers basic tasks such as changing linens and towels, vacuuming, mopping, and standard tidying up.

23.23 Using water to wash vehicles is not allowed. The water supply is strictly for domestic and garden use only. In case of violation, an extra charge of 100 EUR will be applied for excessive water usage.

23.24 By staying with us, the guest explicitly agrees to pay for all mentioned fines in case of any violations.

23.25 Any items left in the apartment after check-out will be considered discarded. PragueApartments4U accepts no responsibility for forgotten or abandoned items.

23.26 Please handle the luxury glass pool table with the utmost care. It is strictly forbidden to sit, lean heavily, or place objects on the table surface. Do not attempt to move or rotate the table under any circumstances — it is extremely heavy, and any movement can permanently damage the flooring or the table itself. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused by improper use. Only use the designated cue sticks and balls provided, and do not allow children to play unsupervised. A €1000 fine will be imposed for any damage or improper handling.

24. Privacy and data protection

Our Reservation Privacy Policy (set out below) will apply to your reservation and forms part of these Reservation Terms and Conditions.

25. Intellectual Property Rights

‘PragueApartments4U’ has trademark protection.  Any copyright and other intellectual property in the content and materials on the PragueApartments4U website or social media remains with PragueApartments4U.  Downloading, copying or otherwise using any material on the PragueApartmenst4U website or social media is permitted only for private use and limited to the sole purpose of making a PragueApartments4U reservation.

26. Force Majeure

PragueApartments4U will not be liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of PragueApartments4U.  Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, epidemy or pandemy, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, fire and explosions.

27. Limitations

Neither PragueApartments4U nor other providers of products or services related to the reservations are responsible for communication malfunctions, failures, difficulties or lost, stolen, or misdirected transmissions, messages or entries, or the security of any such communications.  Further, neither PragueApartments4U nor any other providers of products or services related to the reservations are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by user(s), by any of the equipment or programming associated with the reservations, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of any information related to the Reservations Facility and shall not be liable for damages resulting from any of the foregoing.

PragueApartments4U may cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a user has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

28. Governing Law

These Reservation Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Czech republic and the courts of Czech republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute in relation thereto.

This Reservation Privacy Policy provides you with information about the personal data PraugeApartments4U collects in connection with the reservation at your chosen PragueApartmets4U facility, why we need to collect it, how it will be used, who it will be shared with and your rights in relation to it.

The personal data PragueAparments4U collects:

In order to complete your reservation and arrange its fulfilment PragueApartments4U needs to collect the following personal data as part of the reservation process:

• your first and last name;
• your email address;
• your country of residence
• details of your payment card including the card number, cardholder name, expiry date and CVV number.

You may also, if you wish, provide PragueApartments4U with:

• your postal address (home or business);
• preferred contact telephone number.

The personal data you provide PragueAparments4U in the course of the reservation process will be referred to in this Reservation Privacy Policy as the Reservation Data.

Your rights:

You have the following rights in relation to the Reservation

Data:

• to request access to the Reservation Data by an email request to (info@pragueapartments4U.com).
• to request that the Reservation Data be amended or deleted although that may mean your reservation cannot be fulfilled.
• to make a complaint regarding the Reservation Data to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

PART 3: CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note, that the payment must be paid in full at the time of booking. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion and payment can be made using an PragueApartments Gift Certificate also. The discount only applies on bookings made within the promotional period and cannot be applied on existing bookings. This offer is strictly subject to hotel availability during the promotional period and may be withdrawn by PragueApartments4U at any time before the advertised book by time and date. Please refer to full reservation terms and conditions at time of booking.

ALTERATIONS OR CANCELLATION INITIATED BY PRAGUEAPARTMENTS4U

1.1 In the unlikely event that it is necessary to make an alteration to or cancel the temporary rental accommodation specified in the booking confirmation form we will respectfully inform you as soon as possible and, if requested, we will try to arrange alternative accommodation of similar or higher type (upgrade) and in a similar location as that originally requested.

1.2 In case of upgrade, PragueApartments4U will not require for a difference rental payment at extra charge or extra cost, in regards with the original booking reservation rental. If the alternative temporary accommodation is not acceptable, we will refund in full and shall be under no other liability than the amount paid to get the booking confirmation.

CANCELLATION BY GUEST

General terms and conditions:

1.1 Any cancellation carried out and held by you (for whatever reason) must be in writing (email/postal).
The effective date of cancellation is the date on which written notification is received by us at Prague’s company registered office or at our e-mail: info@pragueapartments4U.com.

1.2 PragueApartments4U will not be held responsible for cancellations, for any change of dates, change of apartment or postpone trip, for ANY REASON, including health reason, professional & personal reason, and force majeure.

1.3 Payment can be postponed on future dates of stay, or for another property only if solely agreed in writing by PragueApartments4U.

1.4 As in our policy and clearly written in our terms, your reservation payment is non-refundable if you cancell less than 14 days prior your arrival. To avoid cancellation fees, we strongly recommend you to book only when your travel dates are firm and to ask your travel agent for cancellation insurance.

1.5 If you cancel less than 14 days before the original date of arrival or do not arrive at the first day of the stay (no show), or if you vacate the property before the end of the rental period, or if the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, we are entitled to the full rental cost to be paid by you.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Cancellation Insurance is the guest’s personal responsibility. We strongly recommend that your take out cancellation insurance for your trip. PragueApartments4U will not be held responsible for last minute cancellation for ANY REASON.
